Peacefully on Sunday, January 6, 2019, at Northumberland Hills Hospital, surrounded by his family. In his 92nd year. Beloved husband of June. Loving father of the late Roslyn Diane Ramsey, the late John Reginald Smith and Gary Reid (Nancy) Smith. Cherished grandfather of Michelle (Tom) Stothart, Alicia (Craig Teskey) Smith and the late Amanda. Dear great grandfather of Quintin Stothart. Son of the late Olive and Cedric. Brother of Marie (Jack) Smedley and Jean (Eldon) Timlin. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Reginald’s Life will be held on Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 2 – 4:30 p.m. at the Cobourg Legion. A private interment of cremated remains will take place at Cobourg Union Cemetery.
