Rayburn, Pearl Evelyn (nee Hooker)
Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne on Friday, January 4, 2019 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Elwood Rayburn (2009). Loved mother of Ronald, Gwen (Ron Foster) and James (Michelle). Dear grandmother of Sheldon (Tracy), Alana (Sean), Amanda, Michael (Nichole), Sarah, Liam, Matthew and Christopher. Dear great-grandmother of Olivia, Nicholas, Jack, Owen, Justin and Kelsie (Stephen). Dear great-great-grandmother of Sophia. Pearl will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 11:00 am. A reception will follow. Private Family Interment at Cemetery following the service. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. It is the family’s wish that all attending the funeral, dress in casual attire.
A tree will be planted in memory of Pearl in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
