OBITUARY
Lewin Samuel Bailey
September 11, 1938 – January 10, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce
the passing of Lewin Samuel Bailey,
on January 10th, in his 81st year after
a long and courageous battle with cancer.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 44 years, Yvonne Richards Bailey. He is survived by his 3 children, Boyd Bailey, Colin Bailey and Andrea Ducent; Grandfather to Nikeshia Ducent and Anwar Bailey.
He is son of the late Acalda Bailey and the late Maxime Bailey of St. Mary’s Jamaica. Mr. Bailey was a devoted lodge brother and the Most Worshipful Grand Master, 33rd Degree, of the Abraha Masonic Grand Lodge, of which he was a member for over 40 years.
Visitation will take place on January 25th from 2-5pm and from 7-9pm at Centre Funéraire Côte-Des-Neiges, located at 4525 Côte-des-Neiges Rd., Montreal, QC H3V 1E7.
A Memorial Service will be held on January 26th at 1:30pm, also at Centre Funéraire Côte-Des-Neiges.
The family wishes to thank the staff and doctors at the Royal Victoria hospital and the dedicated staff at the CLSC C.D.N. for the wonderful care they provided for Mr. Bailey.
