COOPER, Leonard Walter (Retired employee of 44 years at General Electric)- While surrounded by his loving family, Len passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the age of 90. Loving husband of Mary (nee Turner) for 69 years. Devoted father of Dave, Eric (Sharon) and Fred (Andrea). Proud grandfather of Brett, Bryden, Lee, Amy (Jon Clapinson), Nicole, Jennifer (Ryan Hanske) and Rachel. Cherished great-grandfather of Laila, Sara, Landon, Ava, and Austin. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Mae Cooper and sister Gwen Romig (John). We would like to thank all the staff at Lakefield Extendicare for their great care! Friends will be received at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, 566 Armour Rd. Peterborough on Thursday, February 7, 2019, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 A.M.
