It is with sadness that we announce that Joe passed away peacefully at Soldiers Memorial Hospital on January 26, 2019 in his 92nd year. Joe, predeceased by his wife Anna (1983), will be sadly missed by his son Joe (Joe Anne) and by his daughter Silvia (Terry) Cooper. Joe will be remembered with much love and respect by his grandchildren Martyna, Jeff, Cody and Jennifer. Their love for the outdoors, fishing and hunting, was inspired by their many summer vacations at Livewire Hunt Camp with him. Alexa and Molly, his great granddaughters, will remember him as Poppa Joe, who always had tangerines for them. His brother in law Hans Bissig and Lydia held a very special place in his heart. Thank you to Dr. Mike Odlozinski for understanding of his way of doing things. A celebration of a life well lived, will be held at the Udney Community Centre on Saturday February 2, 2019 from 2 – 4 pm.
