Joel Morton Coppel
Joel M.
Coppel, of Moncton, with his loving family by his side, passed away
peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, January 16,
2019. Born in Montreal, PQ, he was the son of the late Frank
and Sonia (Slovsky) Coppel.
Joel was
employed with NORDIA, was a former real estate agent and a former
travelling salesman in ladies wear. He was a member of the Maritime
Fashion Exhibition and attended Tiferes Israel Synagogue. Joel enjoyed
spending time with friends and family and especially enjoyed making
people laugh.
Joel will be
sadly missed by his wife, Colleen (Boucher) Coppel of Moncton and
daughters, Ashley Coppel of Moncton and Chelsea Coppel (Byron Horsman)
of Edmonton, AB; dear friend,
Lisa.
Funeral
Service will be held at Tiferes Israel Synagogue, 56 Steadman St.,
Moncton on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held
at Tiferes Israel Cemetery, Dieppe. Arrangements under the
professional care of Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858–1995).
