Joan Narrowmore
1945-2019
NARROWMORE JOAN – At the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday,
January 26th, 2019; Mary Joan (Marshall) Narrowmore, wife of Brian
Narrowmore of St. Stephen, NB. Born in Saint John she is the daughter
of the late Bramwell & Mary (Locke) Marshall.
Joan dedicated her life in the help of others in need working
for 32 years as registered nurse with Charlotte County Hospital.
Surviving in addition to her husband Brian are her children,
Mark LeClair (Regan) of Fredericton, NB, Dan LeClair (Genevieve) of
St. Stephen, Stacey Narrowmore (Frank McCallum) of Calgary, AB, Krista
McGaw (Rick) of Canmore AB, 6 grandchildren Jessica, Hannah, Gwen,
Piper, Maggie, and Cory. Joan was very close to her aunts and uncles,
who all fondly referred to her as Joanie.
Joan’s world was her family and her friends and was at
her happiest when surrounded by them all on the deck with great food,
drinks, laughter, and love.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a celebration of
Joan’s life from 2:00 … 4:00 pm on Saturday February 2nd,
2019 at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB E3L
2B2 (506 … 466 … 3110) The interment will take place in
the spring at Oak Bay Rural Cemetery.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the hospital
staff at Charlotte County Hospital and the staff at the Saint John
Regional Hospital SICU for all their amazing care.
