James William Charles Hall
1959-2019
It is with heavy hearts that the family of James W.C. Hall
«Jim» announces his passing, which occurred on
Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital
following a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Saint John on November
22, 1959, he was a son of the late William Robertson and Stella Pearl
(Garland) Hall.
Jim was an avid outdoorsman who loved going for walks with
his beloved dog, and enjoying nature. He was a hard-working man and a
jack-of-all-trades for his varied careers throughout his life. Most
recently he was employed at Harbour Development until his health
restricted his ability to work.
Jim will be missed by his sisters, Susan Hall (Bill) and Lynn
Hall (Neal); his son, Stephen Hall; one niece Krista, one nephew Dane;
as well as many friends and colleagues. In addition to his parents,
James was predeceased by his siblings: Douglas and
Janice.
His family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to
Arlene, Crystal and Stephanie at the Apheresis lab at the Saint John
Regional Hospital; the doctors, nurses and staff of 5 A South for
their compassionate care; and RN Ashley at the emergency
department.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Bay View
Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Rd. (634-7425).
In keeping with his wishes, no formal services will be held
at this time. His family will arrange for a private service at a later
date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the
