MAW, Gerald Samuel
Passed away peacefully with family at his side at his home on Thursday, January 10, 2019 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Ilee Maw (nee Nylund). Loving father of Ivan and Anita Maw and Daniel and Banesa Maw. Cherished grandfather of Ryan (Andrea), Steven, Eric, Holly (Justin), Danese and Jeffery. Great-grandfather of Kylie, Luca, Jace, Jocelyn, Sophia and Nathan. Dear brother of the late Edgar (Winnie), Ruth, the late Harold, Albert (Sylvia dec.), Beverly (Nancy) and Kenneth (Janet). Pre-deceased by his parents William and Ruby Maw. Gerald will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 13th, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The funeral will take place in the funeral home chapel on Monday, January 14th, 2019 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the lounge. Interment to take place in the spring at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to Hospice Huntsville or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
