Cecil’s Obituary
It is with sadness that the family of the late Cecil Roland Evans announces his passing at his residence in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, aged 80 years.
Cecil leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Alfreda; children, Glenn (Sherry), Todd, Nicholle (James), & Jason; grandchildren, Brandon, Anna, Evan, Brodric, Bryson, Amber-Lynn, & Travis; brother, Albert Evans; sister, Joy (Bill) Warren; as well as number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Cecil is predeceased by his parents, Cecil & Gladys Evans; siblings, infant brother, Erastus Evans, Clara Jenkins, & Elmer Evans.
The public visitation will take place Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
The funeral service will take place Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL with Majors Larry & Judy Goudie officiating. The interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Caribou Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
As expressions of sympathy donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Prostate Cancer Association.
