Brian Francis MacKinnon
1970-2019
At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on
Wednesday January 23, 2019, the passing of Brian Francis MacKinnon
occurred with his loving family by his side. Born in Montague on May
4th, 1970, he was the son of Neil and Wilma (MacEachern) MacKinnon.
Brian is also survived by his loving sister Kimberly (Dave) Stewart,
and his very special nephew Taylor and niece Cassidy.
Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday,
January 29th, 2019 at 2:00 pm from the St. John’s Presbyterian Church,
Belfast. Interment will be held at a later date at the Polly Cemetery,
Mt. Buchanan. Donations in Memory of Brian may be made to the Polly
Cemetery or to the PEI Kidney Foundation.
The family wishes to thank all who were so good to Brian
over the years, the golfers and campers, fellow employees and
management of Belfast Highland Greens and Selkirk Campground, his
horse racing friends, doctors and nurses that worked with him over the
years along with the doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers at the
Queen Elizabeth Hospital. To everyone who visited and called
Brian, it meant a lot to him. Thank you to all who helped in
so many ways during his illness.
