DINUNZIO, Antonio
Passed away on January 9, 2019 at 88 years of age. Predeceased by his beloved wife Luisa (nee D’ Attilio) (2008). Predeceased by his parents Maria and Francesco and by his in-laws Carmine and Rosa D’Attilio and by his infant daughter Rosalina (1955). Loving father of Frank and Marg, John and Merry. Cherished Tatone of 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Joe (dec) and Angelina, Agositino (dec) and Rosalina, Anna and Luciano Palumbo, Lucia and John (dec) DiCarlo, Angelina and Joe (dec) DiGiovanni, Giovina and Agostino Dinardo, Carmen (dec) and Angela (dec). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Tony retired from Seagrams after many years of dedicated service. He was a proud founding member and past president of the Verdi Club. Tony loved bocce ball, playing darts and gardening in his spare time. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
Visitation on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.
Parish prayers Sunday at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Monday, January 14, 2019 leaving from Families First 585 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg, 519-969-5841 at 9:45 a.m. and driving in procession to St. John the Baptist Church for Mass at 10:30 a.m.
Entombment to follow at the Amherstburg Mausoleum.
