Loving mother of Nancy, Douglas (Marilyn), Ian (Karen), and Sandy (Audrey).
Born in Smiths Falls, Ontario to The Rever-end Alexander Raeburn-Gibson and school teacher Laura Maude Fergusson, Sup-ported by her faith, Rhoda learned early the value of compassion and fellowship. Rhoda’s capacity for caring was reflected in both her personal and professional life as a mother and nurse.
As a busy mother of four, she embodied resourcefulness and nurtured a duty of care and an appreciation of nature and the environment that will re-main an inspiring legacy for her family.
Rhoda gave of herself generously, self-lessly and without expectation to family and friends. She will be dearly missed by every-one who knew and loved her.
Family and friends will be received at the St. Andrew’s Church (35 Church Street North,
Ajax, Ontario) from 10:30am until time of service at 11:30 on January 5th, 2018.
