Thelma MacQueen (James)
Peacefully at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital with her family by her side on Thursday, November 15, 2018. Thelma Dorothy MacQueen (nee James) of Dunvegan; age 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Murray MacQueen. Loving mother of Sandra Blaney (Allan) of Maxville and Stewart MacQueen of Dunvegan. Cherished grandmother of Colin (Jessica), Sheena, Kelsey, Adam and Ashleigh, and great-grandmother of Declan. Predeceased by one sister Evelyn Nelson. Dear daughter of the late Ralph and Nora James (nee Howes). Also survived by five special nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Fneral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898) on Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Kenyon Presbyterian Church, Dunvegan on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Kidney foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Thelma a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
