Obituary of Sandra Reid
Suddenly surrounded with love from her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Service in Wiarton on Monday evening, August 6th, 2018. Sandra Joye Reid (nee Watson), of Wiarton and formerly of Southampton, at the age of 70 years. Dearly loved partner of Brent Sommerville. Loving mother of Jackie Serenko (Jim), of Alton and Angie Kanold (Jason), of Orillia. Proud grandmother of Kayden, Ethan, Hannah and Alyssa. Dear sister of Susan Bluhm (Larry), of Owen Sound and sister-in-law of Lilojean McDonald (Jack), of Port Elgin. Sandra will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Russell and Joyce Watson; her husband of 45 years, Fraser Reid (2013); her son, Robert Reid (1971); her parents-in-law, Harvey and Betty Reid.
A Celebration of Life Visitation for Sandra Reid will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #383, 86 River Street, Tara on Friday, August 24th, 2018 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Interment in Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto as your expression of sympathy and may be made through the BRIAN E.
