In Loving Memory of
It is with great sadness that the family of Ryan Kerr announces his passing. Ryan was the light in everyone. His smile and wit lit up a room of people and he had a magnetism that drew friends and strangers toward him. He was a lover of beauty and adventure, and was fearlessly true to himself. His work as an RMT was a passion that he dedicated himself to and which built much community around him. His life ended tragically on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the age of 33 years.
He was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Leanne Kerr; uncle Ron Kerr; and grandfathers Gerald Saal and Bob Kerr.
He leaves to mourn his loving partner and fiancé Josh Lyttle, with whom he lived in Calgary. He is loved and grieved by his surviving family: brother Robert; and sisters Michelle (Sean) Schauenberg and Meaghan Kerr; grandmothers Lois Kerr and Eileen Williams; aunts Mary Ellen (Bernie) Kutzley and Della (Brian) Izsak; and uncles Randy (Laurie) Saal and Murray (Charlotte) Saal.
A CELEBRATION OF RYAN`S LIFE will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
All those who loved and were inspired by Ryan are welcome. His dear friends and fiancé Josh are holding memorials for him in Banff and Calgary as well.
