Ruth Wright passed away at the age of 90 on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre in Claresholm. She was predeceased by her husband Ted Wright in 1982. Ruth is lovingly remembered by her children; Brenda ( Wayne Jordan ) of St. Albert, Leo of Nanton, Bonnie ( Orville ) Mercer of Canyon Creek, Terry ( Roxanne ) and their family of High River.
She is also survived by her three granddaughters; Sabrina Mercer of Edmonton, Brandi & Amy Mercer of St. Paul. A special mention of her longtime companion Norm Davies of Hays. Two sister; Flossie Erno, of Picture Butte, Mary ( Jim ) George of Lethbridge, many nieces and nephews as well as a circle of other relatives and friends.
Ruth and Ted were longtime residents of Nanton AB. If friends so desire, In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth’s Memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
A Celebration of Ruth’s Life will be held at Willow Creek Funeral Home later in the Spring.
