RENAUD, Noreen (nee Forrester) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Noreen Renaud at the age of 94 on November 3, 2018. Noreen is survived by her four children, Paula (Linc Kesler), Suzanne (Ravin Nath), Richard (Sam Hedges) and Gregory (Nora McBean), nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and dear sisters Shirley, Brenda and Helen. She was predeceased by her loving husband Armand, mother Mary Helen (Nellie), father Frederick, brothers Neil, Earl and Norman. Born in Montreal, after completing high school, Noreen worked at Bell Canada and Dominion Securities. After her marriage she, Armand and growing family lived in various communities in Northern Ontario before settling in Windsor, Ontario. Noreen eventually returned to work at Bell Canada, until her retirement at age 65. Noreen had a full life, focusing her seemingly boundless positive energy, compassion and industrious nature on her family, friends and home. Although geographically distant, her home was always a hub where her children, grandchildren, siblings and many close friends were welcomed with joy, caring, attention and of course, wonderful meals. The family wish to extend their warmest thanks to the staff of the memory care unit at Seasons Amherstburg, the Hospice Residential Home (Leamington), and to Dr. Tom Deklaj for his compassion and care. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Family and friends are asked to gather on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Most Precious Blood ( 1947 Meldrum) at 10 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11 am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Alzheimer Society or Hospice of Windsor-Es County.
