(1947 – 2018)
At the Miramichi Regional Hosipital, on Monday November 5th, 2018, passed away at the age of 71, Michael Herbert King Kelley, husband of Rosée Goguen. Born on June 22nd, 1947, he was the son of the late Judge Gordon King Kelley and of the late Eleanor (Snell) Kelley.
Besides his wife, he will be missed by three daughters: Sheila Kelley (Roger Ringuette) of Saint-John, Margaret Kelley (Sergey Terehanov) of San Francisco and Eleanor Kelley of Saint-John; five stepchildren: Bernie Marks of Halifax, Christina Isbill (Chris) of Bellisle, Stephen Marks (Wei Min) of Vancouver, Monty Marks (Denise) of Grand Bay and Timothy Marks of Banff; two sisters: Joan Gibson (the late Richard) of Barry, Sheila Apkarian (the late Marty) of Reno, Nevada; the mother of his three daughters, as well as 10 grandchildren, many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by a brother, James Kelley.
Mr Kelley worked for Irving Paper in St-John for over 30 years.
The family will be receiving visitors at the salon “La Colombe” in Rogersville, on Friday, November 9th, 2018 at 2pm. There will be no funerals at the church.
Visiting hours: Friday November 9th from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the foyer Assomption (palliative care unit).
