Michael Edward Greenfield, age 51, died peacefully with his wife by his side on August 13, 2018 after a special day surrounded by his loving family at the QEII.
Michael is survived by his wife and best friend, Kendra Stach, of Middle Sackville and his loving son Mathew, his parents Edward and Charlene Greenfield, his brother David (Colleen) Greenfield, Katherine (Brian) Bourbonniere, Cyndy (Terry) MacCormac, 4 nieces and 2 nephews.
Michael was a devoted father and husband and a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He was a dedicated employee at Michael Wallace Elementary School. Michael and his family have greatly appreciated the compassion and support of the students and teachers at Michael Wallace and at St. Luke’s Church. Michael will be missed by all who have known and loved him.
Visitation will occur on Sunday evening August 19, 2018 at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, 9 Veteran’s Ave., Dartmouth from 7-9pm. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday August 20th at 10:00am at St. Luke’s with the Reverend Matthew Sponagle officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
