Obituary of Mary Wood
Tragically on Tuesday December 25th, 2018, George Edward Rich, 72, and his life partner of 50 years, Mary Margaret Wood, 69, of RR#2 Bayfield passed away in a car accident along with their beloved dog Buddy. They leave behind their only child Amanda Rich of Clinton and her partner Gordon Ross of Big Bay. George is survived by his siblings Warren & Evelyn Rich of Belgrave, Ruth & Keith Brighton of Kitchener, Darlene & Todd Millin of Font Hill and Ken & Sheila Rich of Fordwich. Mary is survived by her siblings Jack & Mirjam Wood of Windsor, Bill & Lynn Wood of Drayton, Pam Wood & Paul Riemens of Harley, Paco Hernandez of Toronto and Sandy Mayman of Kenora. George & Mary were also loved by several nieces and nephews and many friends. George is predeceased by his parents Ed & Kay Rich. Mary is predeceased by her parents Bill & Marion Wood, sister Barbara Hernandez, brother Rick Wood and sister-in-law Sharon Wood. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to celebrate both of their lives on Friday January 4th, 2019.
