Mary « Theresa » Carr
1948-2018
The death occurred at the QE11 Hospital, Halifax, N.S., on
Friday, September 14, 2018, with her loving family by her side, of
Mary « Theresa » Carr of Conroy Road, Tignish age 70
years. Born May 1, 1948, she was the daughter of the late
Arthur and Virginia (Doucette) Pitre.
Loving mother to Lisa (Johnny) Clow of Charlottetown, Laura
Lee (Rodney) LeClair of Tignish, Richard (Barb Estabrooks) of Tignish,
and Ralph Carr at home. Cherished grandmother to Joshua,
Alyssa, Jordan, Kailey, Jessie, Ciera and Nevaeh. Great-grandmother to
Keiran, and special Meme Tignish to Kyla DesRoches and
Holden. Dear sister to Hector (Annie) Pitre of Tignish
Shore.
She was predeceased by a son in infancy and by siblings, Joe,
Gussie, Ralph Pitre and Mae Gallant.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton.
Visiting hours Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral
Wednesday from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral
mass at at a time to be announced. Interment in the church
cemetery.

Expense Fund or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully
