Moote, Laura Marjorie (Marj) (nee Lennox)
Gone home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 3, 2018 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late David. Dear mother of Karen E. Evans and Linda Marjorie Moote. Cherished grandmother of Angie Evans. She will be missed by her fur baby Pepito. Predeceased by her brothers Harold, Vernet, Bruce and Murray and her sister Kathleen. Marj will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends. « We will miss your presence and cherish your love for ever. »
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Marj in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
