Peacefully at her residence on Thursday March 29th, 2018, after a courageous seven year battle with cancer. The former Marion Joan MacLean age 67 years of Athens. Beloved wife of Douglas Cobb. Daughter of Julia MacLean of Nova Scotia, and the late John Edward MacLean. Dear mother of Carl Cobb ( Anne ) of Athens and Angela Phillips ( Darryl ) of Frankville. Special grandmother of Taylor Cobb, Curtis Cobb, Courtney Phillips ( Cory James ) and Zackery Phillips. Loving great-grandmother of Waylon James and Taylyn Barcier. Also survived by two brothers, and one sister-in-law, Charlie MacLean of Nova Scotia, Allister MacLean ( Pamela ), and Zerelda MacLean all of Mississauga. Predeceased by one brother, Angus ( Bill ) MacLean of Mississauga.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home, Athens, on Monday April 2nd, from 7-9 p.m. A Private Family interment will be held at a later date.
