Lucien St-Pierre
1933-2018
Lucien Joseph St-Pierre – 85, of Kentville, passed
away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the Regional Valley Hospital, Kentville.
Born in Audet, Quebec, he was a son of the late Louis and Aurianne
(Boucher) St-Pierre. He had been employed with the Canadian Pacific
Railway for 38 years, serving in Maine, USA and throughout Canada. He
was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and was a 4th Degree Knight
with the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid woodworker and craftsman
and enjoyed spending time outdoors with nature. He is survived by his
wife of 59 years, Julienne (Boutin); two daughters, Johanne, Kentville
and Manon « Frenchy », Kentville and a son, Jocelyn,
Lac-Mégantic, Quebec; a granddaughter, Marie-Claire.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral
service, by request. A memorial service and burial will be held at a
later date in Quebec. Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and
Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association. Arrangements have
been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation
