Peacefully with her family by her side, it is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Mom after a brief illness at St. Joseph’s Hospice in London on January 16th, 2018. Daughter of the late Wilfrid and Eva Jubenville. Predeceased in 2015 by the love of her life Roger Ivan Lucier (married for 59 years) and survived by her children Roger (Jane), Lucy (Brad), Ken (Helen), and Patricia (Tim). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Katie, Kurt, Dustin, Brendan, Kyle, Lindsay, and the many Lucier and Jubenville family members. Loretta was a high spirited individual who enjoyed spending time with her family, as well as her Chatham card player friends. Never at a loss for words, we will miss her feisty personality. The family sincerely thanks Dr. Natalie Hertzman and the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospice for the kindness, care and compassion shown to our Mom during her brief stay. Cremation has taken place and a small family internment will take place at a later date. Online messages of condolence may be left at www.woodlandcemetery.on.ca. Donations in lieu of flowers to the St. Joseph’s Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
