The death of Laura Ann Allain wife of Jimmy Allain of Miramichi, NB, occurred accidently on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the age of 45.
Born in Chatham, NB, Laura is the daughter Toni (Power) Stewart of Miramichi, NB and the late Robert MacDermaid.
Laura was employed as a Pharmacy Technician.
Besides her husband Jimmy, parents: Toni and Lawrence, Laura is survived by two sons: Justin of Strathmore, AB and Alex of Miramichi, NB; sister: Bonnie Sally Melanson (Dennis) of Fredericton, NB; two brothers: Robert (Tanis Coss) of Victoria, BC and Richard (Tammy) of Miramichi, NB; two step-brothers: Darrell Stewart (Ann) and Boyd Stewart (Katie) all of Miramichi, NB; father and mother-in-law: Albert and June Allain; brother in law: Chris Allain (Jeannette) all of Miramichi, NB and many nieces and nephews.
Laura is predeceased by her father and grandparents.
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
The Funeral Service will be held from The Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 2 PM with Rev. Charlene Maguire-MacKnight officiating.
Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Miramichi, later in the spring.
As expressions of sympathy, in Laura’s memory a donation may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
