EDWARD DURNIN, Kimberly Diane
Suddenly with her family and friends near at Alexandra Marine and General Hospital on Saturday January 6, 2018. Kim Edward Durnin of Goderich in her 47th year. Beloved spouse of Shawn Durnin for 26 years. Loving mother of Sydney. Dear daughter of Sharon and John Edward and daughter-in-law of Audrey and Ron Durnin. Also survived by her brother Rick and Tina Edward and sister Kay Edward, brother-on-law Darrell Durnin (Tammy), sisters-in-law Lisa Raidt (Rob), and Kirsten Durnin. Cherished aunt of Jordyn Durnin (Justine), Keira Durnin, Livia Durnin, Kassandra Raidt. Kim will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins and her many, many friends.
Kim was a dedicated volunteer, giving many countless hours to the Kinette Club of Goderich, where she served as President and the Goderich Ringette Association where she also served on the executive. Kim was the organizer and strongest supporter of the Terry Fox Run in Goderich for many years. Kim loved and was loved by her fellow co-workers, the girls at Donnelly Murphy.
Friends will be received at McCallum & Palla Funeral Home, 11 Cambria Road North, Goderich on Thursday January 11, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Kim’s life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Goderich, on Friday at 11 AM. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the O.S.P.C.A. Huron County Branch or to Cystic Fibrosis Canada gratefully acknowledged.
