Joyce Noreen Kramer
1936-2018
Kramer, Joyce Noreen of Cambridge (Preston), passed away at her
residence on Tuesday October 16, 2018 in her 82nd year, in the company
of her best friend and husband of 59 years, Anthony Kramer and his
sister Susan Nuber. Noreen was the third child to Norman and Lucy
Mills, and sister to Jane Einwechter (Kingston) and Marion Dougall
(deceased). Noreen was the mother of Rev’d Luanne MacPherson
(Greg) and Scott Kramer (Alison) and the grandmother of Shawn
(Brittany) and Sam (Danielle) MacPherson and Brayden Kramer. Noreen
was born and raised in Preston. She was a lifelong member of St.
John’s Anglican Church, where she was a very active member. She
was the financial secretary, and board member for many years. She was
a Synod representative and worked at the Deanery level as well.
Noreen met many people through her church work and many became life
long friends. A time for visitation will be held at Corbett Funeral
Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, on Friday October 19, 2018 from
7-9p.m. A Celebration of Life will take place at St. John’s
Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Saturday October 20,
2018 at 11a.m., with The Reverend Stephen Berryman officiating.
Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory
of Noreen.
