Passed away peacefully at the Village of Winston Park on Tuesday December 4th, 2018, age 91 years.
Predeceased by his first wife Dientje, his second wife Swany, and a son, James.
Dear father of Lawrence (Freda Zoberovic) and Tom Middeljans and grandfather of Matthew (Lori), Mellissa (Tim), Ryan Brittany and step-grandson, Nick.
Brother of Jo, Thys (Hillie), John, Koos (Jantje), Be (Jenny), and Grietje (Pete). Survived by sister-in-laws’s Tinie and Annie.
Predeceased by a sister and two brothers, Tinus, Jantje, and Hank, and brother’s-in-law, Ab and Bert and a sister-in-law, Margaret.
Mr. Middeljans’s family will receive friends and relatives for a memorial visitation and service to be held on Friday December 7, 2018 at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener from 1:00pm until time of funeral service to follow at 2:00pm with Pastor Heiberg officiating.
Interment will take place at Woodland Cemetery at 11:30am
