Obituary of JANET MARIE REIMER
JANET MARIE REIMER
Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg,
Manitoba, after a valiant battle with lung cancer.
Janet Marie Reimer (Duffy) has joined the loving awaiting arms of her father, mother and brother in Heaven.
Janet was born on July 30, 1952 in Jackson, Michigan. She was baptized at
St. John’s Roman Catholic Church on August 31, 1952 in Jackson, Michigan,
March 27, 1971 she married Rueben Peter Reimer in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
She leaves to mourn her husband: Rueben and four children: Sandra Loewen (Andy Loewen), 4 grandchildren, Ashley (Wes Parkhurst), 3 great grandchildren, Deegan Parkhurst, Jaida Parkhurst, Camden Parkhurst. Erin Loewen, Peri Loewen and Brody Loewen. Tammy Reimer (Chris Eck) 3 grandchildren Jack Eck, Owen Eck and Ryan Eck. Jason Reimer (Lesley) grandchild Brielle Reimer. Quentin Reimer (Destiny Blair) 2 grandchildren Mackayla Reimer and Colton Reimer. Notable mention: daughter-in-law Sheryl Reimer (Calvin Kotowich) and Bonnie Buckmaster a dear friend of over 50 years.
Predeceased by her parents Dorothy A Duffy, Robert J Duffy and Tom Duffy.
The family expresses their sincerest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at
CancerCare Manitoba, and the doctors, nurses and staff at the Riverview
Health Centre Palliative Care Unit 3 East. You are all very special people,
thank you
Respecting Janet’s wishes a cremation has taken place and a Celebration of
Life will be conducted at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Winnipeg,
MB on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 1:30 p.m.
