Obituary of Gerald Dolling
DOLLING, Gerald (Retired Physicist – AECL) – passed away peacefully at North Renfrew Long Term Care, Deep River on Monday, December 31, 2018 in his 84th year.
Gerald Dolling of Deep River, beloved husband of Sheila Dolling (nee Peters). Loving father of Christine (John Kilburn), Vancouver; Jo-Anna (Doug Boreham), Algoma Mills; and Jackie (Andrew Murray), Toronto. Dear grandfather of Lindsay (Mitch), April (Jim), Roberta & Harry; and great-grandfather of Lillian & Simon. Son of the late George and May Dolling (nee Davis). Brother of Raymond, Victor, Linda & Marina; and brother-in-law to Jo Cattanach (Bruce) & David Peters (Monique Ribet), all of the U.K. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. McVey and all the staff at North Renfrew Long Term Care who took such great care of Gerald during the last three years.
Respecting Gerald’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
