CHIOCCHIO, Flora Chiara – Passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the age of 57. Beloved daughter of Graziano and Teresa Chiocchio and cherished sister of Pat (Lorraine Bonavolta) Chiocchio and Diane (Gregory) Dolce. Loving aunt of Kelsy (Bobby DeRocco) Chiocchio. She will be lovingly
remembered by her aunts, uncles and cousins in both Canada and Italy. The family wish to extend a heart felt thank you for the support provided to Flora from Community Living, the attention to her home care, Dr. Goswami, Dr. Dooler and her support team. A special thank you for the care provided during Flora’s final days by the staff and volunteers of Hospice Niagara. She leaves many fond memories for her family and friends, her smile and beautiful soul will forever live on. Family and friends are invited to J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence,19 Young St Welland on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock. Entombment to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations in Flora’s may be made to the Hospice Niagara. on line memories and condolences at www.jjpatterson.ca As a memorial tribute, a tree will be planted through The Niagara Woodlands Restoration Program.
