Eleanor Wright
Eleanor Wright of Swift Current, formerly Eleanor Stewart of Admiral, passed away on November 29, 2018. She was born July 11, 1935 in Shaunavon. She was raised and went to school in Admiral. In 1951 she came to Swift Current to work at Co-op Creameries, then the Venice Café. She moved to Moose Jaw in 1953, met her first husband, Ed Carlson, and raised 5 children, then divorced. In 1971 she married Bud Franks and they had 2 children. She leaves behind her loving children: sons, Kelly (Karen) and Dale; daughters, Tracey (Dave) Theoret, Maxine, Karen, Virginia and Eileen; sisters, Gertie and Pearl; brother, Pat; and several nieces and nephews, grandchildren and friends. Eleanor was predeceased by her first husband, Ed Carlson, second husband, Bud Franks and third husband, Les Wright; parents, Samuel and Wilhemina; brother, James; and sister, Dorothy. Eleanor loved her gardening and baking. She will be sadly missed by her family, children and friends. Warren’s Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
