Born on December 16, 1963. Formerly of The Falls Tatamagouche, NS, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Grand River Hospital.
David was the son of Laural MacLeod-Orr, of Guelph and the late Donald MacLeod (1996), of Tatamagouche, NS.
Loving father of Donnie and Meaghan.
Dear brother of Cheryl and Don McWilliam, of New Hamburg, Jimmy and Linda MacLeod, of Westville, NS and Angela and Paul Holowaty, of Waterloo. Cherished uncle of Adam, Sarah, Samantha, Sydney, Ben and Matthew and great-uncle to seven grand-nieces and nephews. David will be deeply missed by his dear friend Norah McGuire-MacLeod, of Cambridge.
David’s family will receive relatives and friends from 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, immediately following the visitation, at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
