Cynthia « Cindy » Ann Jackson
16 November , 1956 – 22 March , 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cindy Jackson on March 22, 2018.
Cindy moved to the Comox Valley 20 years ago. She enjoyed spending time near the ocean and walking the trails in Comox with her dogs. Cindy practiced yoga for many years and above all, she loved spending her time with family.
Cindy is predeceased by her father, Mervin Ledwidge.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, John Jackson; her children Erin (Ian) Castro and Cory Jackson; her mother, Norma Ledwidge; her siblings, Bradley Ledwidge (Nadja Solera), Karen Turner (Steve Hawkins) and Sandra Ledwidge (Steve Playford); her 4 nephews, Adam Ledwidge, Spencer McDonald, Blake Playford and Brandon Playford and her dear grandchildren Ava Castro and Cohen Castro.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the doctors and nurses that cared for Cindy with a special thank you to Dr. Carol Galway for her attentive care, friendship and support shown to Cindy and her family throughout this difficult time.
