Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on Sunday, January 14th, 2018, in his 82nd year. Loving husband of 60 years to Donna (Mater) Chesney. Loved by his children, Jim and his wife Kim, Gord and Laurie. Grandpa to Tarran (Mike), Calie (Scott), Dylan (Stephanie), Ashley (Hawk) and Taylor (Ryan) and his great-grandchildren: Ryker, Raven, Carson and Madden. Predeceased by his daughter, Karen and his sister, Olive. Gord will be missed by his sister Judy, sister and brother-in-law Bob and Sandy and many friends. Thank you to the staff and volunteers at St. Joseph’s Hospice for their care and compassion shown to Gord and his family. A private family interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gord are asked to consider St. Joseph’s Hospice or a charity of your choice.
