Carol Dianne VanTassel
1955-2018
VanTassel Carol Dianne – It is with great sadness the family of Carol
Vantassell announces her passing which occurred on Tuesday, October
16th, 2018 at the Charlotte County Hospital after a long and
courageous battle with cancer.
She was the daughter of Clayton and Geraldine VanTassel. She is
survived by her husband Dan Young, son Jason Small, sister Joyce
(John), brother Blair (Kathy) brother Brian (Andrea), 4 grandchildren,
several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her mother Geraldine and brother Bruce.
A special thank you to the Palliative Care Unit of the Charlotte
County Hospital for all their exceptional care.
Resting at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen,
NB E3L 2B2 (506 – 466 – 3110) from where the celebration
of her life will be held on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 in the chapel
at 11:00 am. Archdeacon John Matheson officiating. A reception will
immediately follow in the funeral home reception centre.
The family will receive friends during a time of visitation on
Saturday morning from 9:30 am until 10:40 am.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Charlotte County Cancer
Society would be appreciated by the family.
