Arcade Maillet
1938-2018
Arcade Maillet, 79, of Saint-Paul-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at
the Dr Georges L. Dumont UHC, Moncton on Friday March 2, 2018. Born
in Saint-Norbert, he was the son of the late Placide and the late
Vitaline (Bastarache) Maillet.
Arcade was an avid fisherman and hunter as well as a nature lover and
card player.
He will be dearly missed by his four sisters; Marguerite Maillet and
Dorilla Richard both of Moncton, Elisa Bastarache of Saint-Maurice and
Laura Goguen (Valmond) of Ottawa as well as several nephews and
nieces.
He was predeceased by one sister Corinne and seven brothers; Antoine,
Hector, Néri, Eric, Elias, Cécime and Léo.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’église, Bouctouche on Wednesday March 7, 2018 from 1 to
3:00 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated at the Funeral Home on
Wednesday March 7, 2018 at 3:00 pm with interment in the
Saint-Norbert-de-Kent RC Cemetery in the spring.
In Arcade’s memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Norbert
Parish cemetery.

Home, Bouctouche.
