RADICE, Antonietta – It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved mother and the best Nonna ever. Now safely home in the arms of our heavenly Father, reunited with her loving husband Sebastiano. Together again at peace, resting comfortably. Passed away suddenly at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in the early morning of Friday December 14, 2018 with her family by her side at the age of 76. Cherished mother of Mary (Lorenzo) Leone, Josephine (Peter) Malong and Sammy Radice. Adored grandmother and very proud Nonna to Juliano (Sharon), Lucas (Adrianna), Quinton, Monet, Samantha, Veronica and Madeleine. Predeceased by her parents Donata Maria Ruggiero and Donato Remollino and her brother Gerardo Remollino. Dear sister-in-law of Giuseppe (Carmela) Radice, Pietro (Vincenza) Radice and Lucia Radice. Fondly remembered by many cousins, nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. Antonietta came to Canada in 1960 from San Fele, Italy. She was an exceptional cook, retiring from Tony’s Place after 30 years of service. She was one in a million, with an amazing passion for whipping up the most incredible home-cooked meals and baked goods for her family and friends. She treasured her children, but her pride and joy were her grandchildren and her time with them led to so many special memories. Despite many, many health concerns, Antonietta continued to work hard, dedicating her life to her husband and family, never letting anything stand in her way and always did her best to stay strong and positive – a true ‘warrior’. Family and friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Sunday 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 1 pm at St. Patrick’s Church. The Rite of Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum.
