Mr. Adam Piotr Kowalczyk
Kowalczyk, Adam Piotr- Passed away in Oakville on Sunday August 12th 2018. Adam was the beloved son of Tadeusz and the late Maria, he was the wonderful husband of Dorota and the amazing Tata of Anna(Curtis), Izabella(Leo), Christopher, Veronica and Marek. Adam was the treasured brother of Tomasz and Joanna Tarnowski(Miroslaw). He will be remembered by his Nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends around the world as a fun-loving generous man who loved his family above all things. He will be deeply missed by his best four legged friend Sisi. Family and friends will be received on Friday August 17th From 5pm-9pm at Oakview Funeral Home 56 Lakeshore Rd. W. Oakville (1 block east of Kerr St.). Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 18th at 11am at St. Anthony’s of Padua Roman Catholic Church 40 John St. Oakville. Burial to follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens. As an expression of Sympathy donations in memory of Adam to his youngest daughter Veronica Kowalczyk would be appreciated.
