Hindy, Wycliffe; Passed peacefully away in the arms of Jesus at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday August 27th Wycliffe Hindy of Heart’s Content age 82 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Marion nee Piercey, Parents Jacob and Violet Hindy, brother Wallace. Leaving to mourn 4 children Daphne Wells (John), Cynthia Chislett (Marshall) Wanda Spurrell (Terry) and Christopher (Amanda). 11 grandchildren Shawn (Elaine), Sheldon (Heather) Wanda (David), Chad (Jennifer), Marsha (Adam), Krista (Bob), Marc (Jennifer), Ryan (Jana), Andrea, Halie and Jaxson, 13 great grandchioldren Makayla, Ryan, Peige, Dawson, Zachary, Chloe, Jesse, Max, Ava, Erika, Jonah, Hannah and Richell. Brother Melvin Hindy (Mavis), brother in law Charlie Synard (Sandra), special friend Marina Langer. Also a large circle of nieces other relatives and friends. Resting at Green’s Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Monday and Tuesday 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday August 30th at 2:00 p.m. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Heart’s Content, interment to follow in Heyfield United Church Cemetery, Heart’s Content. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heyfield United Church Cemetary Fund, Heart’s Content.
