Obituary of William Brown
Brown, William James:
Peacefully in PRHC Palliative Care, surrounded by family, William James (Ted), retired Property Officer (37 yrs.) with Ontario Hydro, retired member of the Canadian Army, hobby farmer formally of Cavan township passed away at the age of 97. Much loved husband of Grace (1994), father, proud grandfather & great-grandfather, uncle, and friend. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Mabel and sister Francis (William) Craig. He is survived by his children Noreen (Wayne Johnson), Bill (Johanna), Bob, Carol (Barry Stewart), David (Debbie). Please join our family and friends for a celebration of his life at Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, ON in the chapel at 1:00 pm on November 18th. Visitation prior to service from 11:00 – 1:00pm. Special thanks to the staff at Princess Gardens , Drs. Grieve, Sudbury, Matheson, PRHC Palliative Care Team, and Veterans Canada for their excellent care and compassion.
