William Reid March 15, 1952 – March 30, 2017

William (Bill) Lloyd Reid, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the age of 65. He was the husband of Loretta Reid (Landry). Born in Amherst N.S. on March 15, 1952; he was the son of the late Lloyd and Anna Reid.
Besides his wife, he will be greatly missed by his children: James “Jim” and Melissa (Colin Laird); his sister, Betty Adshade (Wilfred); his aunt, Eva Brodie as well as several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, James.
Bill has had a long career in the refrigeration business. He started his own company, Reid Refrigeration, which he operated for over 30 years. He enjoyed golfing, going on trips down south, spending time at his trailer and walking the shores of the Five Island. If Bill was not working or at home, you could always find him with Danny at the Chris Rock.
Family and friends are invited for visitations at the Fair Haven Funeral Home (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton) on Tuesday, April 4th, from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm. A memorial Service will be celebrated in the Fair Haven chapel on Wednesday April 5th at 11am. Internment will take place at Fair Haven Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Moncton Hospital (Palliative Care Unit) for the great care provided to Bill.
