The “Pipe-smoking-mathematician” has made his final earthly calculation. Suddenly at his home in Toronto on May 4, 2017. Gentle Bill, dearly loved by his family Maureen, Sherry, Rob, Lisa and Ashley Hedger of Wellington as well as wonderful extended family in Belleville and beyond. Close friend and “life of the party” to his many great Toronto friends. “Rest in peace brother, we will meet again!” A private service will be held at Belleville Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Loyalist Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
