75, of Simms Settlement passed away at home on Monday May 29, 2017. Born in Montreal he was the son of the late John and Margaret Billington. Survived by his sons, Gordon (Beth), New Ross; William “Skip” (Wendy Cook LeBlanc), Picton, ONT.; grandchildren, Andalyn (Adam Roy), Brittany and Brandon Moore; Great granddaughter, Natalie; brothers, George, ONT; and Gordon , Montreal. Predeceased by his wife Eileen; sister, Dorothy. In keeping with William’s wishes there will no services. Online condolences can be made to www.rawalker.ca
