Wendy Gale Watt “Granny”, 69 years young, lived at Candle Lake and passed away there on November 13, 2017. Mom was born on April 24, 1948 to her parents Dave and Beryl Watt. She had two younger brothers Danny and Wayne. Family was everything to Mom, her two kids Marcus and Mandy and their families were the centre of her world. Mom enjoyed working in the campground alongside her family, coffee time with good friends, digging in her flower beds, knitting and spending time at the beach with her kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews “The Crew”. She loved spending time with her brothers and sisters-in-law. Mom was hard working and passionate about her family. The impact she has had on the lives of her loved ones is bigger than she ever realized. She will be missed. Wendy is survived by her children Mandy (Jason) Sumners and their two sons Nate and Luke; Marcus (Lindsay) Henderson and their two sons Ethen and Cohen; brother Wayne (Susan) Watt and their two sons Adam (Jacqueline) and Chris; brother Danny (Peggy) Watt and their children Jody (Warren) & (children Leah and Reyna), David (Mandy) and Jason. She was predeceased by her parents Dave and Beryl Watt. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Sherry Ouellette. Private Family Interment will be held at the Candle Lake Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
