Obituary of Wayne Hahn
Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the age of 74 years.
Survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Dianne, his children, Kimberley (Raymond) Trafford of Waterloo, Kelly (Kevin) Williams of New Hamburg and his grandchildren Carley, Morgan and Callum Williams. Also survived by his brothers-in-law John (Leslie) Fortune, Peter (Norma) Fortune as well as several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Roy and Elsie Hahn (nee Esch), his brother Carl Hahn and brother-in-law Don Squire.
Wayne worked for the Bank of Nova Scotia for 38 years primarily in Waterloo Region and Hanover until his retirement. He had a passion for cars, sports, enjoyed his daily walks and his favourite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Wayne with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, Sept. 18 at 10:30 a.m. A reception will take place immediately following the service in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home and interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
