Obituary of Wayne O’Neil Sr.
Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Monday, October 16, 2017, at age 71. Beloved husband of the late Nancy (nee Neil) and the late Cindy (nee Graham). Loving father of Wayne Jr., Shawn and Dixie Luck (Matt). Proud grandfather of Devin, Gwen and Aidan. Dear brother of Lyle (Pat), Glen (Marlene) and the late Clair (Ila) and fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and his cherished beagle Friday. Born and raised in Odessa ON, with over 40 continuous years in the construction industry, Wayne was a Gold Seal Estimator registered with the Canadian Construction Association and proudly worked on numerous projects in the Kingston and surrounding areas. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 22nd from 2-4 p.m. at the PAUL G. PAYNE FUNERAL HOME, 178 Main St., Odessa (613-386-7373). A private family interment will take place at Cataraqui Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations (by cheque please) in Wayne’s memory may be directed to UHKF – Cancer Centre.
