Wayne Douglas McIvor, loving husband, dad and papa passed away September 28, 2017. We are blessed to have learned so many valuable lessons and shared so many wonderful memories with you.
Wayne was born May 26, 1944 in Turner Valley and spent most of his life in Black Diamond and Turner Valley. He was often spotted while on long drives around the countryside and knew every back road and never tired of the beautiful scenery. He loved his family and especially adored his 3 grandchildren.… He enjoyed gardening, playing pool, helping out family and neighbours. Wayne had the kindest heart, best smile and a personality like no other.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 50 years Ruby; daughter Kim; son Jason (Cora); and his beloved grandchildren Gary, Britt and Haley; as well as his 8 surviving siblings.
